As Inspectors we impartially and professionally survey your property or issue to help you find possibly invaluable information to allow you to make better decisions. We work only for you and only you so that you can understand and take care of your valuable investment. Your interests are our interests before, during and after the home inspection. Our job is to provide you with a comprehensive, fair, independent, objective evaluation of your home. We will do a thorough examination of the property supplying you with an easy-to-follow report, complete with photos, safety recommendations and a summary of the home. We will point out both good areas and aspects of the home as well as areas of opportunity to better get you acquainted with your home. In order to help you best understand your home we discuss in detail our finding in a way you will understand. Much of a home’s structure, electric, plumbing, etc., is hidden in walls, ceilings, basement, and underground. However, using a standard procedure developed by (The American Society of Home Inspectors) ASHI for checking your home's vital areas, and using our experience at having seen where most problems occur, we can eliminate most of the guesswork and come up with a pretty good report of the quality of your potential new home. This will allow you to sleep a little better at night, knowing that of all the worries you may have, one of them won't be problems with the place you most like to enjoy spending time with friends and family and relaxing in comfort.

Mike Thimme, the owner and operator of Homeward Bound Inspection Services LLC, is a life long contributing member of his community.
